The decision to enter a rehab program is often riddled with many overwhelming emotions. Most addicts feel intimidated, nervous and scared about taking that first step to quit because they don't know what to expect.
Course is designed to quell such fears. It identifies recovery program options and what each can offer to help those who are undecided or fearing change - can finally take the important first brave step away from the addiction and head on a new path that will help reclaim their life.
The progressive nature of a gambling addiction is explained using the 3-D Mind Trick Cycle that Remedy Max has dubbed the Losing Trifactor.
Course explains how the problem gambler's mental processes lead them through the 3-D Mind Trick Cycle ( the Denial Phase to a Destructive Phase followed by the Deflective Phase) - only to repeat the cycle over and over again to their detriment. Primarily because subconsciously they are not in pursuit of winning rather losing everything they hold dear.
Course delves into the spectrum of "behavior addictions" and how they can manifest through various addictive tendencies, obsessive/compulsive high-risk behaviors that can exist singularly, simultaneously (by comorbidity) or adapt through "vice transference" (switching or pivoting between two or more addictions) at any given time.
Risk markers for each behavior addiction are identified to help dispel current social misconceptions that often prevent early intervention.
Course is raw and brutally honest about the serious risks awaiting those battling a gambling addiction and/or other high risk self-destructive behavior compulsions.
Course participants benefit from the added insights - why it is hard for many to abstain when urges resurface and why many continue to relapse.
By drawing on the Fractured Psyche Recovery Model - addiction is viewed NOT as THE PROBLEM. Rather a symptom of a deeper root cause needing to be addressed to help break the addiction cycle.
This course is specifically designed for those struggling with addiction urges and who tried to quit but find themselves relapsing despite their best efforts.
Course guides one through the stages of how addictions develop and morph over time and why it is important to view the addiction as a symptom of a deeper root cause needing to be repaired.
By the end of the course participants will have the needed tools and recovery framework to resist future urges so the true recovery process can begin.
Course offers a comprehensive explanation of how the revolutionary Fractured Psyche Addiction Recovery Model is instrumental in helping the addict not act on their urges and also how to bring the urges for self-destructive behaviors to a permanent end.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS:
Those battling an addiction are often in denial and reluctant to seek treatment. Many are unable to recognize or admit their addiction is spiraling out of control to the detriment of the addict and their loved ones. Each online course program delivers its own set of valuable insights, practical tools and defense strategies against emotionally and/or physically abusive partners. Whether you are a survivor of IPV or find yourself still trapped in an abusive relationship - these courses are worth exploring.
Course participants not only gain valuable insights about their abusive partners but they are also guided to see the cycle of domestic abuse through a different lens. One that shines a new light on the abuser and their motivations and tactics used to keep their target stuck as they are misled into holding out hope that things in their relationship will change for the better. Something that survivors of domestic abuse and intimate partner abuse can readily attest to does not materialize and when there is a brief moment when the abusive partner appears to change their ways for the better - that is something that is short lived where the frequency, intensity and severity of abuse intensifies over time.
Similar to a spider weaving its web to trap its prey - abusive partners need time to entrap their targeted victim where the longer one stays in an abusive relationship the harder it becomes for them to leave.
As such the following courses aim to help participants rediscover their self-worth, tap into their inner strength and start to recognize the dynamic nature of the domestic abuse cycle - including helping them to evaluate their options and make the bold decision of whether to remain in the abusive relationship (or) if and how to leave the abusive partner so that they are free from the domestic abuse, manipulations, neglect and pain their abusive partner inflicted upon them.
The course content is also intended to help participants recognize abusive personalities and identify abusive behaviors in prospective suitors / life partners sooner than later - so as to safeguard against entering another cycle of domestic abuse all over again where the outcomes can be even more dire.

Our online courses recognize that as humans we hold an innate drive to socialize with others. We seek out social interactions with others because it provides us with many rewards and personal fulfillment vital to adapt to our surroundings and successfully function in particular settings such as at home, at work, in school, in business and in foreign regions.
Healthy social interactions also bring us an emotional elan and enhance our psychological and physical well being. Socialization also molds our identity, give us a sense of belonging, validate our self-worth, and provide direct and indirect sense of safety and security to our surroundings.
However achieving positive and fulfilling social interactions is contingent on the significant group contributors to the socialization process (e.g., family members, friends, life partners, coworkers, neighbors, etc.) and how well the "socializee" learns and to some degree appropriates other's values in order to gain admittance and acceptance into their fold.
The sustainability of acceptance and social inclusion is also contingent on how well each party reciprocates the other's shared values over time and how well any differences are managed.
Unfortunately, when essential values in an established social bond are not shared or fairly reciprocated from the onset by all participants, or if the social bond becomes fractured (in part or in whole) over time, the subsequent emotional let down for those adversely affected often leads to grave disappointment, anger, frustration, helplessness, vulnerability. decreased self-esteem and loss of control to find the needed remedy.
These negative emotions including reluctance to leave an unrewarding relationship have shown to occur in direct proportion to the qualitative and quantitative vestments made over time. Furthermore, lack of identified expectations, needs and boundaries as well as low self-confidence run the added risk for the cycle of abuse to flourish and grow in intensity and severity over time. As the cycle of abuse occurs with increased frequency so does the emotional neglect, psychological harms, even varying degrees of physical assaults, sexual exploitation and financial losses by those exerting power and control over others with the sole intent to satisfy their own selfish self-serving needs with lack of empathy, respect or concern over how their corrosive behavior or actions may adversely impact or harm others.
Our online social-risk mitigation courses are designed to help individuals readily identify critical patterns in destructive and abusive behaviors, as well as how to recognize and mitigate against the many risks and harms that toxic personalities and abusive relationships like to inflict on others.
Lesson plans also aim to instill a new sense of self-confidence and personal empowerment to help participants attract and develop healthy social relationships with others.
Course participants also learn new approaches to help rebuild salvageable bonds whenever possible while also learning to identify when and how to permanently and safely neutralize harmful ties with toxic and abusive individuals to protect themselves from serious harm or undue hardships. Learning to set boundaries against behaviors and actions one deems as unwelcomed or unacceptable is also covered - including the importance of how and when to follow through on consequences when boundaries are crossed deliberately. Participants learn how to to successfully disengage from toxic or abusive individuals for good and when to move forward without them in confidence without being riddled with regret, self-doubt or trepidation.

When bad things happen in life, it can take a while to get over the pain and to feel safe again. Recovery takes time and everyone heals at their own pace so we need to be patient and supportive during this process. At the same time knowing when to reach out for help is also vital especially when the trauma sustained is not getting better and it is incapacitating one's mental health and ability to function in daily life including creating unhealthy social isolation from others.
Emotional and psychological trauma is the result of extraordinarily stressful events that shatter one's sense of security, making them feel helpless in a world they perceive as a dangerous environment. Traumatic events adversely impact one's psychological processes and leave them struggling with upsetting emotions, flashbacks, memories, where they are often consumed with insurmountable anxiety. Response to triggers such as an anniversary of the traumatic event or something that reminds one of the trauma can also create sudden onset of a host of physiological and psychological symptoms that bring on different degrees of duress and incapacitation for the person to function normally. For those who were betrayed, abused and harmed by someone - they also experience feeling numb, disconnected, and unable to trust other people again which can negatively impact their future relationships with others whereby they deny themselves the benefits and value that healthy socialization offers for one's mental and physical health.
Our online courses are unique to different forms of trauma survival to help individuals gain a better understanding about their cognitive, behavioral and emotional responses, what is holding them back and how to reconcile, release and recover with new found self-confidence in themselves and in the world around them so they can live happier and to their full potential.

Narcissistic abuse is a combination of emotional and psychological assaults that are insidious and gradually intensify so as to erode the victim's sense of self-worth, undermine their identity and get them to question their own sanity.
For survivors their recovery journey is often more complex, longer and arduous compared to other forms of trauma.
This course explains the 5 pillars of Narcissistic Recovery to help survivors process and heal from this form of trauma and rebuild their life.
People are fundamentally wired to be social. We forge relationships to feel good. safe and secure. However when a relationship becomes toxic or is abusive - the negative effects on the harmed individual take a toll over time when things do not improve.
The essence of periodically evaluating our relationships is not just prudent but essential.

Our online courses are designed to help employees gain a new perspective on how to tackle existing workplace issues that are creating a negative or toxic workplace environment for them - where they are feeling unsafe, frustrated, discouraged even anxious about their future job security.
Whether one is dealing with a difficult coworker or a tyrannical boss, or their workplace has become toxic or unsafe - we need to realize that a dysfunctional workplace culture is never just about the collection of toxic individuals exhibiting egregious behavior. A workplace culture that has gone askew is all about management's neglect and failure to correct unproductive and harmful norms within the workforce early on. Where instead certain destructive and corrosive behaviors and attitudes by select employees went ignored, were tolerated or even rewarded over time - even though the workplace energy diminished and co-worker morale, respect, camaraderie, and optimism became lost and buried along the way.
What makes a work environment toxic does vary of course for each organization, but there are undeniable universal elements underlying most toxic workplace cultures where that which created the toxicity - the root cause is what needs to be addressed and repaired from the top down to yield the desired long term outcomes and lasting positive changes for the workforce and the organization's sustainability.
Unfortunately, sometimes waiting for management to effect the necessary changes can be challenging on staff that is affected directly by the workplace dysfunction. As such workers themselves need to become the catalyst for change - especially for those who love their job or for whom quitting is not a feasible option either due to financial obligations or a challenging economic climate that is limiting new job opportunities.
To assist individuals in becoming a catalyst for change - we created the following online courses to help participants gain the needed insights and novel strategies to help them mitigate against particular workplace issues and risk exposures that pose a threat or harm to their health, safety and overall wellbeing. Participants also learn how to address, manage and resolve particular workplace stressors with new found confidence and optimism including recognizing the value of effective communication to have their needs, concerns as well as suggested solutions heard and considered by others.
