Our weekend retreats provide a safe space for individuals to come together with others who have experienced similar hardship, struggles and fears - and are ready to release the past and embrace new opportunities to start living well and to fullest potential.
Retreat program topics are listed by distinct categories.

Each program stream is customized to the target group audience in attendance where in addition to offering practical harm prevention and risk reduction strategies to enhance one's personal safety and security in everyday life - we also deliver a holistic approach to provide each participant with needed healing and balance of their body, mind and soul.
Our interactive sessions, peer-to-peer discussions, and engaging activities help participants to find needed closure, embark on a positive self-discovery journey while enhancing their inner core competencies to create a sense of empowerment to reclaim their life and start living anew with new found sense of purpose and enjoyment!
Retreat Programs is Designed to Help Both Women & Men Recover from Prior Abusive / Toxic Relationships
Who should attend: Survivors (both male and female) of Intimate Partner Violence / Domestic Abusive Relationships
Program helps survivors of domestic abuse identify how the cycle of intimate partner violence progresses only to keep one feeling trapped in a relationship that they know is detrimental to their overall well being. Participants learn about tools and options to not only break free safely but also how not to settle for a new relationship that may be equally if not more abusive.
Who should attend: Anyone who is currently dealing with a Narcissistic individual or who has experienced Narcissistic Abuse by someone they thought they knew.
Program delves into explaining the different forms of Narcissistic abuse including the subtle way gaslighting is used to render the victim defenseless and questioning their own sanity. Activities are geared to help participants identify Narcissistic traits in others and how to protect oneself from becoming the Narcissist's supply.
Who should attend: Anyone dealing with a Toxic / Abusive / Narcissistic Family Member (e.g., Parents, Siblings, Children, In-Laws).
Program aims to help participants identify and protect themselves from common forms of emotional abuse and financial exploitation that their Narcissistic family members frequently use against them. Participants also learn how to disarm the abuser who is relying on using their family bond as a shield and a sword to repeatedly harm them.
Retreat Programs Designed for Those Looking to Start Anew
Who should attend: Individuals whose marriage (or) common-law relationship is in trouble and they want to salvage their relationship.
This retreat is not a couple's retreat.
Rather this retreat program and all activities are structured to afford participants the opportunity for self-reflection and to explore new ways that they can rebuild trust and intimacy with their partner. Focal areas will address fear of abandonment, how to communicate more effectively and managing expectations.
Who should attend: Persons who went through a difficult divorce or a nasty break-up and struggling with loneliness.
Retreat is designed to help participants heal and release past hurts and disappointments which their previous relationship presented. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery to identify their strengths, recognize their positive qualities and face their fears that are holding them back from living their life to the fullest or finding someone new.
Who should attend: Adults facing inheritance disputes with family members,
Sometimes after a death in the family some family members (e.g., Parents, Siblings, Children, In-Laws, etc.) say and do unsavory things to appropriate more than the deceased family member intended them to inherit. This program aims to help those whose family robbed them of their inheritance to explore their options for remedy as well as to repair residual discord among affected family members.

Program aims to help participants learn how to recognize the early warning signs that stalkers exhibit and best practices and options available to protect themselves against the various forms of psychological and physical attacks that stalking entails.
Who should attend: Parents of children ages 3 years to 12 years old.
Program is designed to help parents become aware of the different forms of situational and environmental risks that their young children can be exposed to online and best practices in speaking with a young child to help them to protect themselves in a situation threatening their mental and/or physical well being.
Who should attend: Parents of teenagers ages 13 years to 19 years old.
Program is designed to help parents of teenagers hold healthy, constructive and open discussions with their teens about various common risk exposures that many teenagers may face but are unsure, unaware or ill-prepared to mitigate against. Participants will be brought up to speed on the early warning signs if their teen is at risk of harm and types of proactive safety measures to put in place early on to help them mitigate.
Retreat Designed for: Adults who like to travel for business or pleasure.
Program delivers practical safety and security tips participants should incorporate into their travel plans.
Participants learn best practices in how to secure their home during their absence as well as how to safeguard their personal safety against various risk exposures while travelling (e.g., by car, plane, train or ship), during their hotel stay, while sightseeing and when eating & drinking abroad...and more.
Retreat Designed for: Adults who use online dating apps.
Program brings together adults who are re-entering the dating scene using online dating services to find a companion or future life partner.
Participants learn how to spot a fake profile and ways they can better protect themselves and their financial against individuals looking to exploit others for self-serving benefits.
Retreat Designed for: Adults who are planning to move to another apartment, planning to buy a house or a condominium.
Program focuses on practical harm prevention & risk reduction strategies one needs to consider before they sign a new rental agreement or venture to purchase a house or a condominium.
Participants learn about which properties tend to be most attractive to the criminal element as well as best practices in security one's home using cost effective crime deterrence strategies.

Female Sexual Assault Survivors.
Retreat is geared to provide women a safe space to help talk openly about things they continue to struggle with post their sexual assault. The goal is to guide them through the continued healing process of sorting out unresolved emotions, discovering their voice and tapping into their incredible inner strength to explore and embrace life opportunities once again.
Retreat Designed Exclusively for: Male Sexual Assault Survivors.
Retreat is geared to provide men a safe space to talk openly with others who have gone through similar events.
Program helps men to sort through their emotions, rid themselves of any negative feelings of guilt or self-blame for what happened to them. Feelings that society's gender bias often exacerbate for male rape survivors - preventing many from being able to recover and move forward. A barrier this program works to eliminate.
Retreat Designed for:
Adults who are struggling with the sudden / tragic loss of a beloved.
Retreat affords participants a safe space to openly discuss the emotional toll the sudden loss of their loved had on them and how to reconcile their absence. Program activities aim to empower one with new tools to process grief and sense of loss, release the anger and learn to express one's emotions including asking and accepting help from others during the difficult stages as one continues to heal.
